Oven French Fries

5 large red potatoes
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Grease a large baking sheets.

Cut the potatoes into 1/2-inch French fries. Toss the potatoes in all the other ingredients. Place them in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn over. Bake for 15 minutes more.
